Every kind of New York home
New York housing is not one thing. A detached one-family home on Staten Island, an attached rowhouse in Brooklyn or Queens, a prewar co-op in Manhattan and a two-family in the Bronx all have different systems, different access and different approvals. Steam and hot-water boilers, cast-iron stacks and clay sewer laterals, fuse panels and older wiring, basement apartments and coastal flood zones are exactly the work our crews are set up for.
Working in the city also means working with its rules. We pull DOB permits where required, prepare the certificates of insurance and alteration paperwork that co-op and condo boards ask for, and follow each building's work schedule. You give us the address and the building contact; we handle the rest.
