Yes. Our crews cover plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical, flood work, painting, carpentry and general construction. Licensed trades are performed by the licensed professionals for that trade, and a project manager coordinates everything so you have a single point of contact.
How much does it cost?
We price after we see the job. Every home and every problem is different, so we inspect first and then give you a written estimate. Estimates are free and there is no obligation.
Which boroughs do you serve?
All five: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. We are based in Staten Island and travel throughout the city.
What counts as an emergency?
Active leaks or flooding, sewer backups, no heat in cold weather, no cooling in a heat wave, electrical hazards such as sparking, burning smells or hot panels, and storm damage that lets water into the house. If you are not sure, call. We will tell you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Empire Pro NY is licensed and insured, and our license numbers are listed in the footer of every page. Plumbing and electrical work is performed under the appropriate New York City trade licenses.
Do you work with co-op and condo boards?
Yes. We handle board approval packages, alteration agreements, certificates of insurance and building work schedules. Tell us about your building when you request a quote and we will prepare what the management company needs.
